Spring Clean Your Body: Tummy Tea

It’s time to do some spring cleaning! Besides cleaning out your attic, closets, garage, and yard … don’t forget about cleansing your body too. Today’s blog is the third in a six-part series on cleanses.

Flat belly tea or flat tummy tea is formulated to cleanse your system, support metabolism, reduce bloating and indigestion, and boosts energy. Drinking this tea each morning with breakfast, helps energize you and promotes weight loss.  Drinking it at night will prevent bloating and indigestion. Plus, this tea helps purify skin too!

This recipe contains simple easy-to-find ingredients:

  • 1 Cup organic green tea.
  • 1 Tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon;
  • Optional: Stevia or raw honey to taste.

It’s so easy to make:

  • Brew green tea leaves in 8 oz. of water.
  • Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and Stevia to taste.
  • Stir and enjoy!
